Yes. Oliver likes to do his "The hungriest cat in the world has never been fed in his entire life" act to everyone who will watch in the hopes of getting special treats. However he has all the food he could want at home, no matter how much he might try to convince you otherwise.
Oliver has been known to follow people home and try to get inside. He's even made his way several miles from home. The best thing to do is to let him out when he wants out, and he'll make his way home. He's a smart cat and he's done this before. That being said, if you're worried about his ability to make it back to 16X block of Elm St. in Cambridge, please don't hesitate to contact his people.
Oliver has a collar that identifies him. If he's slipped it, you can still tell by the two slight notches he has, one in each ear, and that he has the smallest patch of "eye shadow" on his lower left eyelid.
